Amplar Health’s Home Health team is looking for a Dietitian to join us on a short‑term, hourly‑rate contract to provide parental leave cover, with an immediate start required. This 0.4 FTE role (2 days per week) is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dietitian who is passionate about supporting older Australians and contributing to high‑quality care across our aged care and community programs. You’ll be joining a supportive allied health team that’s committed to making health care more accessible and improving outcomes for the people we serve.

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver client‑centred, evidence‑based dietetic services across residential aged care and community programs. You will work autonomously, manage your own caseload and schedule, and collaborate with staff, carers, and multidisciplinary team members. Services are primarily delivered via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dietetic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Deliver consultations via telehealth or in collaboration with onsite staff Maintain compliance with National Aged Care Standards and Amplar Health clinical policies Complete clinical documentation, reports, and weekly submissions within required timeframes Liaise with facility staff, family members, and other health providers Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service enhancement About You Current Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) registration with Dietitians Australia Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varied audiences Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently Experience in aged care or community care (desirable) Valid driver’s licence (only required if occasional site visits are undertaken) Why Join Us? 100% remote – work from anywhere in Australia Opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a specialised environment Contribute to a high‑impact service supporting older Australians Work closely with a supportive Senior Dietitian and multidisciplinary team Learn more about Amplar Health at https://amplarhealth.com.au Be Yourself.
