Offer Evening or Weekend Care! Just two evenings a week (5 & 6 PM each day) or one weekend morning (8 AM – 12 PM) makes therapy possible for clients who are juggling work, school, and family - the ones who might not get care otherwise. You’re the reason they finally get to start healing.
Responsibilities
Document Like a Pro! Keep those clinical notes on point and timely—because we believe in staying organized and ahead of the game! Client Caseload Superstar! Maintain a minimum caseload of 30 clients per month, rocking at least 25 sessions per week. Let’s keep the momentum going! Communication Champion! Establish open lines of communication for those navigating mental or emotional health concerns. Your supportive voice can make all the difference! Mental Health Ally! Help individuals with a variety of mental health needs and concerns. Your guidance will light the way for many! Treatment Plan Guru! Implement and review treatment plans like a boss! You’ll be key in shaping the journey to healing. Collaboration Connoisseur! Team up with other treatment providers and the client’s care team to ensure seamless continuity of care. Teamwork makes the dream work! Tech-Savvy Therapist! Conduct psychosocial assessments and whip up treatment plans and progress notes using our Electronic Health Record system. You’ll be a tech whiz in no time!

You’re comfortable navigating technology like a champ! Whether it’s virtual sessions or EHR systems, you’ve got it covered. Therapy Guru! With experience in both short-term and long-term therapy, you have the clinical skills to adapt to your clients' needs and help them thrive! Master’s Degree Maven! You’ve got a Master’s Degree under your belt—let’s put that knowledge to work! Independent License Holder! You’re licensed to practice independently in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Mass. or Ohio. Your credentials are ready to rock whether your an LPC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent! Preferably Located in Texas, Ohio, Florida or Mass. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
