Mental Health Therapist: LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC - Nevada Licensed

Location: Remote Schedule: 20 - 40 hour contract position Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced licensed behavioral health clinician to join our virtual care team and integrated care model. This remote position allows you to play a crucial role in supporting the unique needs of women, starting with mental and behavioral health. Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, or other tools as required and provide basic education and available treatment options.
• Use brief solution-focused and problem-solving check-ins by video (typically 30 minutes) and augmented by asynchronous messages, voicemails, and short phone calls. Our patients can have mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression.
• Document patient engagement and follow-up care in our EHR. Track patient follow-up and clinical outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in a registry so they can be easily shared with OBGYN/PCPs, psychiatric consultants, and other treating providers. Utilize the registry to identify and re-engage patients.
• Facilitate referrals for clinically-indicated services outside of OBGYN/primary care clinics, such as behavioral health specialty care, substance abuse treatment, etc.
• Facilitate treatment plan changes for patients who are not improving as expected in consultation and coordination with OBGYN/PCP and psychiatric consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Nevada. Professionals not actively licensed in one of these states need not apply at this time!
• At least 2 years of experience with mental health/behavioral health counseling
• License to practice either under supervision or independently
• Understanding and appreciation for integrated care
• Fluent in English, Spanish a plus. Please submit resume in English to be considered for the role.

Successful Applicants will have:

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation).
• Experience utilizing mental health assessments (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc.).
• Proficiency using different tech platforms concurrently, including EMRs, switching between screens throughout the day, and learning new technology.
• Experience managing caseloads effectively and utilizing tools for self-management

What We Offer:

• $80 compensation per patient per month + bonus pay
• Estimated total annual compensation for 20 hrs/week: $43,200–54,000
