Remote Licensed Therapist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
Thompson Mental Health Counseling P.L.L.C is an established friendly female-owned virtual group practice. We are looking for a motivated, talented, responsible, and independent fee-for-service therapist who wants to gain the experience of working independently outside of an agency setting. You will get to work with your preferred population on your time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of private practice life, work at a virtual practice with a community feel, or make a switch to a more flexible schedule with a better work-life balance. We also provide CEU opportunities, DBT and EMDR training, and clinical case consultation so you won't be without guidance and support. Requirements: Fully NY or NJ Licensed LMHC's, LCSW's or LMHFs who have an active NPI and will obtain malpractice insurance and are trained in EMDR. Must have three (2) years of experience in mental health to be considered for the position. Must be willing to commit to (1) year of clinical work. Must be willing to take on at least 15 weekly clients. Schedule: You can work remotely as it fits your schedule. Any days and times of your choosing. We will bring you great clients and you will do what your are best at! Our team handles the billing, insurance processing, and client questions and issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to dip their toe in the world of private practice, add an insurance caseload to their current private practice or make a switch to something more flexible. Salary: Clinicians are paid $45-$80 per session depending on training and specialties. You will be advised and taught to conduct consultations and negotiate with clients. We also offer retention bonuses. Orientation: Training in eating disorders, EMDR, LGBTQIA and former athletic experience are a plus. This Company Describes Its Culture as:

Job Type: Contract Pay: $62,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits:
