Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve lives through personalized treatment plans, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing support. The BCBA should be credentialed with Medicaid Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for Medicaid services.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors in children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral interventions across settings.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records, documenting patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection protocols.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or certification in good standing.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and special education strategies.
  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and intake procedures within Medicaid or similar healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Excellent organizational skills for data collection, record keeping, and report writing.
