Remote BCBA - Indiana
This contract position seeks an experienced Behavior Specialist skilled in telehealth service delivery within a school setting. The role involves working remotely with students to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans that support positive outcomes and academic success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide telehealth-based consultations and support to students, educators, and families.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data and collaborative feedback.
- Deliver training and coaching for school staff on behavior management techniques.
- Document all interactions, interventions, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Certification or license in behavior analysis or related field.
- Proven experience providing behavior specialist services in educational environments.
- Strong understanding of telehealth platforms, privacy standards, and effective remote communication.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and school personnel.
