Pain & Wellness Physician (DO/MD) - South Florida
Interventional Pain & Ketamine Physician (DO/MD) | Renew Pain & Wellness Center | South Florida Renew Pain & Wellness is a modern specialty clinic integrating interventional pain management, responsible medication management, ketamine infusion therapy, and regenerative wellness approaches within a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses pain, function, and overall patient well-being. We are seeking a DO or MD Physician who is passionate about treating complex pain and mental health patients and excited to help build a growing, innovative specialty clinic in South Florida. Competitive base salary plus productivity-based compensation (wRVU model), with strong earning potential and partnership track available. Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while helping shape clinical workflows in a growing specialty practice. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage chronic pain patients
- Perform or supervise interventional pain procedures (RF ablation, trigger point injections, joint injections, nerve blocks, etc.)
- Oversee and collaborate on ketamine IV therapy protocols
- Prescribe and manage controlled and non-controlled pain medications in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with NPs, RNs, and clinic leadership
- Help build protocols and clinical workflows
- Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance
Qualifications: The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and comfortable practicing in a modern, evolving care environment. Preferred qualifications include:
- DO or MD licensed in Florida (or eligible)
- Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
- DEA registered (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances responsibly
- Open to integrative, whole-person care
- Strong communicator and team leader
Candidates should be comfortable practicing balanced pain management, including interventional procedures, responsible pharmacologic management, and integrative treatment strategies. New graduates and physicians completing fellowship or residency are encouraged to apply. We are happy to provide training, mentorship, and structured onboarding for the right candidate. Working Hours: Working hours are primarily weekday outpatient clinic hours, with scheduling flexibility as the practice continues to grow. Final schedule will be discussed collaboratively based on provider availability and clinic needs. Skills:
