Communicate with healthcare professionals and institutions to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain detailed records of payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize various software programs and systems to input and track payment information, while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data. Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to investigator payments, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and reports on payment status and resolve any payment-related inquiries. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in the payment process, and make recommendations for implementation. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to investigator payments and clinical trials.
