This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health opportunity offering schedule flexibility, hybrid work options, and strong organizational support. POSITION OVERVIEW This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral health services in an outpatient setting. You will provide individual, family, and group counseling while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support patients across a wide range of behavioral health needs. SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR four 10-hour shifts
- Hybrid schedule available
- One evening per week required (until 7:00 PM)
COMPENSATION
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver counseling services to individuals and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete comprehensive clinical evaluations
- Document care accurately in electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams
- Respond to urgent or crisis situations as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Requirements
- Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in New York required
- Experience providing behavioral health counseling preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills required
- Comfortable working with patients age 5+
- Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
- Ability to work within a collaborative care team
