Marketing and Membership Operations Coordinator Marketing + Media Alliance (MMA) Location: Remote; team operates on Eastern Time Zone Duration: Temporary (duration TBD); immediate start Reports to: AVP, Membership About MMA Marketing + Media Alliance is the only trade association that unites the full marketing ecosystem: CMOs, MarTech, AdTech, media, and marketer-supported companies. With 825+ corporate members across 16 countries and a global board led by CMOs, MMA advances marketers' ability to create enterprise value through evidence-based models, frameworks, and research. Members include Google, GM, Netflix, Walmart, L'Oreal, and hundreds of other leading brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Marketing and Membership Operations Coordinator to support our Membership team during a period of expanded need. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations and membership coordination, keeping communications, systems, and logistics running accurately and on time so the team can focus on delivering a strong member experience. You will work directly with the membership team across four areas: webinar coordination, marketing and content operations, newsletter and email support, and membership systems assistance. You will also provide backup production and scheduling support for membership engagement. What You’ll Do Webinar Operations

  • Keep the webinar calendar and project tracker up to date in both Excel and Asana, flagging upcoming deadlines as needed
  • Update intro and outro slides for webinars ahead of each session
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for webinars, including invitations, agenda prep, and internal communications
  • Provide technical support for live webinar sessions as needed, including managing transitions, screen share, and participant logistics in the backend
  • Pull post-webinar attendance reports and prepare them for internal review and external distribution

Marketing and Content Operations

  • Update and maintain analytics dashboards tracking performance across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website
  • Support social media posting on LinkedIn and YouTube, publishing content according to the editorial calendar
  • Upload and publish podcast episodes to YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring titles, descriptions, and tagging are accurate

Newsletter and Email

  • Schedule member-sponsored content and internal MMA content into newsletters according to the editorial calendar
  • Support newsletter content selection and organization as needed
  • Keep distribution lists accurate and up to date, supporting list hygiene and segmentation

Membership Operations Support

  • Update Salesforce records for assigned accounts, logging communications and tracking participation in events, webinars, and think tank sessions
  • Pull member engagement and activity reports to support renewal conversations
  • Help track the outreach cycle for upcoming renewals, flagging accounts that need follow-up
  • Assist with logistics for member invitations to think tank sessions, Future Labs, and events, including managing invite lists and tracking RSVPs
  • Support new member onboarding logistics, including preparing materials, coordinating calendar invites, and ensuring members are added to the correct distribution lists

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a related role at a B2B organization, trade association, or agency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without things falling through
  • Experience working in a CRM; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms
  • Comfortable working in project management tools; Asana experience is a plus
  • Experience with webinar platforms
  • Able to post and publish content on LinkedIn and YouTube; experience with social media scheduling tools is helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with the marketing, media, or B2B technology industry is a plus
