- Research and identify influencers across all platforms and multiple niches and genres for campaign outreach
- Assist with influencer outreach, including initial contact, follow-ups, and tracking responses
- Build target lists of creators within specific niches and audiences for internal team approval before client submission
- Upload and organize creator content into campaign trackers and internal reporting systems
- Help input creator payment details into payment platforms to ensure accurate and timely payouts
- Monitor and identify current and past viral influencer trends, sounds, and content formats for campaign ideation
- Assist in ideating creative concepts and trend-based activations relevant to campaign goals
- Communicate with influencers regarding approval status, content feedback, and posting timelines
- Track creator posting status and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support the team with general campaign coordination and administrative tasks as needed
