Senior Graphic Designer for DTC Health Brand — Photoshop + AI Ad Creative (Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

We are NOBO, a fast-growing DTC brand in the health & wellness / supplements space. We are scaling Meta paid ads aggressively and we need a top-tier graphic designer to join us long-term. We only work with the top % of talent — please do not apply if your portfolio is mostly logos, simple flyers, or beginner work. We are looking for a creative weapon. You will be making a lot of ads. Static ads, carousels, story creatives, landing-page visuals — all built to convert on Meta. You will combine sharp Photoshop work with cutting-edge AI tooling (Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, etc.) to produce high-output, scroll-stopping creative every week. What you'll be doing Designing high-converting Meta ad creatives (static, carousel, story, UGC-style visuals) for our supplement brand Heavy advanced Photoshop work — retouching, compositing, product mockups, before/afters, packaging visuals Generating and integrating AI imagery using Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, and similar tools Iterating fast on winning concepts — we test daily and you'll be cranking out variants Producing landing page visuals, email creatives, and organic content where needed Collaborating directly with the founder (me) and the video editor on creative direction Hard requirements (non-negotiable) Expert-level Adobe Photoshop — advanced compositing, retouching, masking, color, mockups. No beginner or basic-level work. Strong portfolio of Meta / Facebook / Instagram ads that have actually run for real DTC brands. We want to see real ad creative, not concepts. Real, demonstrable experience with AI image tools — Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Sora image, etc. You must show samples that you've actually generated and used in real work. Strong eye for DTC ad design — hooks, headlines, product hero shots, social proof layouts, before/afters Fast turnaround, reliable communication, ability to handle volume Available 20+ hours per week, long-term English communication good enough for clear creative briefs Bonus (gets you to the top of the pile) Experience designing for supplements / health / wellness / beauty brands Knowledge of UGC ad style and what makes them work Adobe Illustrator + After Effects basics Familiarity with Figma Understanding of Meta ad policy (claims, before/afters, etc.) Engagement & rate Long-term, ongoing role — 20+ hours per week, weekly workload, paid weekly via Upwork Rate: $5–8 USD / hour depending on portfolio strength We test new hires with a small paid project first.
