Plumbing MEP CAD/Revit Designer – Drafter
Job Description:
- Develop accurate and code-compliant shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively
- Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges
- Collaborate on MEPF system design and documentation
- Revise drawings based on feedback and field conditions
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and codes
- Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training
Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Background and experience in creating shop drawings for MEP systems
- Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
- Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design
- Willingness to learn client-specific templates and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets)
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach;
- Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours
