UI/UX Designer for Banking Fintech Platform (Top 1% Talent Preferred) - Contract to Hire
Job Description: We’re looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer to join us in building a next-generation fintech product in the banking space. This is not a typical design role — we’re seeking someone who combines deep product thinking with high-end visual design and has prior experience working on complex fintech or banking platforms. What we’re looking for: Proven experience designing for banking / fintech products (must-have) Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and conversion-focused UI Attention to detail and strong design systems thinking Ability to think beyond screens — product, flow, and user psychology Ideal Candidate: Among the top 1% of UI/UX talent Highly creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability Experience working with startups or fast-scaling products Preferred regions: Russia, Ukraine, United States Scope of Work: UX research & wireframing High-fidelity UI design Design system creation Improving existing flows for better engagement and usability If you’re someone who can turn complex fintech ideas into seamless user experiences — we’d love to connect.
