Pension Administration - Senior Analyst

Analyze and interpret complex pension regulations and laws. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and senior management. Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in pension administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Train and mentor junior analysts in pension administration best practices. Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
