Territory Manager – Digital Health (SaaS | Hospitals)
We’re partnering with a global leader in healthcare technology seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue for a digital health platform focused on critical care and ICU environments. This is a quota-carrying role selling SaaS / healthcare IT solutions into hospitals and health systems. You’ll operate in a highly visible position, working across clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders in complex health systems. What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined territory, driving revenue and exceeding quota
- Sell digital health / SaaS solutions into hospitals and health systems
- Lead consultative, discovery-based sales cycles from start to close
- Engage ICU leadership, physicians, IT, and C-suite stakeholders
- Navigate complex procurement and contracting processes.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical and implementation teams
- What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of healthcare IT, SaaS, or complex medical sales experience
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling into hospitals or health systems
- Strong ability to manage long, multi-decision-maker sales cycles
- Ability to engage both clinical and technical audiences
Experience in ICU, critical care, or high-acuity environments is a strong plus. Why This Role
