Freelance Digital Marketers Needed from the USA Only (Illinois Preferred)

We are currently hiring freelance digital marketers to help promote a maintenance service business based in Illinois, USA. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to drive real customers through creative outreach and personal networks. While we strongly prefer freelancers located in Illinois due to the initial target market, applicants from other states within the U.S. are also welcome to apply. However, please note that all marketing efforts will be focused on audiences within Illinois at the beginning. As we grow, we may expand operations to other states. About Us: This hiring is being conducted on behalf of a business owner based in Illinois, who is a close relative of mine. I personally manage the marketing operations remotely for the business. We are looking to build a long-term team of freelancers and expect to continue hiring throughout the year based on results. Important Notes About the Role:

• The exact nature of the maintenance service will *not be disclosed publicly* in this job post. Full details will be shared with selected freelancers upon hiring.
• This role is *NOT about lead generation*. We are only interested in *actual customers who complete the service*.
• Freelancers are free to use *any platform or method* to promote the service — social media, online communities, classified ads, or even personal networks.
• You may refer *friends, family, neighbors, or anyone in your circle* who may need the service.

Payment Structure:

• You will earn *$20 for each customer you bring in who successfully receives the service*. However, the budget is limited, we are likely to increase the payout based on the performance.
• Payment is *performance-based only* — no upfront or milestone payments.
• If a referred customer *does not proceed with the service*, no payment will be made for that referral.
• Payments will be calculated for services completed between the *1st and 30th of each month*.
• All payments will be issued between the *10th and 15th of the following month*.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated individuals with strong outreach or networking skills
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable working on a *commission-only model*
