Appointment Setter for High Ticket Sales
Key Responsibilities
Start and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging Qualify leads based on provided criteria and book sales calls for our closers Keep records of all interactions and conduct timely follow-ups Meet weekly targets for booked and attended calls Participate in team calls and contribute to process improvements What We Offer $100 per booked and attended sales call 10% commission on closed deals (average deal size: $3,000–$7,000) 1-on-1 onboarding and weekly coaching sessions Clear promotion path to roles such as Closer and Sales Manager Fully remote work with a flexible schedule
Requirements
Based in the United States Authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor Strong written English communication skills Self-driven, coachable, and able to work independently Comfortable using Facebook for professional communication Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required
Compensation
