Paychex Flex Payroll Admin Needed – Small Team
Small agency seeking a reliable freelancer with direct Paychex Flex experience to handle a simple recurring payroll admin task. This is not a full HR role. The main task is reviewing and assembling payroll data from Paychex Time & Attendance for a 5-person team every two weeks. There will also be occasional help with new employee onboarding in Paychex. Responsibilities: •Review Paychex Time & Attendance data every two weeks
- Check hours for completeness and flag missing items
- Prepare payroll information for approval
- Occasional new hire onboarding and employee record updates
Requirements:
- Actual hands-on experience with Paychex Flex
- Experience with Time & Attendance before payroll submission
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Clear communication
- U.S.-based preferred
