2026 Graduate Trader (DV Equities)
## Responsibilities: Work closely with senior traders to learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs Build, maintain, and improve trading models Enhance existing strategies and identify and new opportunities Liaise between the trading desk, internal teams, and OTC relationships Additional responsibilities may be driven by the individual’s interests and skills ## Requirements: Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, graduating by Summer 2026 Strong foundation in math, probability, and statistics Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to maintain composure and communicate clearly under pressure High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA
