Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner (Dallas)

Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. This role combines technical expertise in commercial title examination with on-site client support. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to local offices, assist with complex title-related inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to local offices 2-3 days per week, addressing questions and assisting with title-related processes.
• Perform commercial title examinations on a limited basis, including:
• Reviewing, copying, and summarizing recorded documents affecting property title.
• Independently examining title to real property of varying complexity to determine status and establish chain of title.
• Collaborate with teams handling high-liability commercial files, typically valued at $10M+.
