Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized marketing & lead generation strategies to attract new clients and promote property listings effectively
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through every step of the residential buying or selling process with transparency and professionalism
- Manage residential property listings, showings, open houses, and administrative tasks with organizational precision
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, prospects, and industry partners to foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent with a strong track record of successful sales and negotiations
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for serving diverse communities
- Deep understanding of marketing & lead generation techniques specific to real estate markets and digital platforms
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations & real estate law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements

Experience:
