As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you’ll ensure injured workers receive appropriate, cost-effective treatment while supporting safe, timely return-to-work outcomes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers
- Collaborate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Assess treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency
- Attend appointments and deliver timely, detailed reports
- Coordinate IMEs and perform job site evaluations
- Support return-to-work planning and progress
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and using technology
- Reliable transportation for travel within Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas
- Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
