* Full-time EVENINGS 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm in Whitehaven. Gtube only. Must be able to work Monday - Friday. Full-time NIGHTS Tuesday - Friday 12 am (midnight) - 8 am in Whitehaven. Part-time NIGHTS Monday - Wednesday 11 pm - 7 am in Collierville. Gtube/trach/CPAP. Part-time NIGHTS Tuesday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 6:30 am in Collierville. Gtube/trach. Weekend days Saturday & Sunday 8a - 8p in Millington. Gtube only. Weekend NIGHTS Friday - Sunday 7p - 7a in Munford. Gtube/trach/vent. Other shifts available on a permanent basis but not full-time or part-time status. Call for PRN openings and payrates. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. This role is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of our medically fragile pediatric population. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, along with specialized skills that enhance patient care.
- Duties*
As a Private Duty Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs as outlined in the current plan of care.
- Administering and documenting medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Providing education on health management to patients and families.
- Performing airway management, gtube feedings, seizure precautions, constant supervision, assistance with ADLs, and other interventions as necessary.

- Experience*
Candidates should have:
- A valid nursing license in good standing.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Proven experience in home care settings or private duty nursing (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
