Director, Corporate Services and Responsible Sourcing
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Corporate Services And Responsible Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $260,150 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of sourcing professionals
- Establish priorities and metrics for Corporate Services and Responsible Sourcing
- Create clarity in roles and decision-making frameworks
- Develop category strategy for Professional Services, Marketing, and HR
- Drive negotiations focused on total value and cost optimization
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on sourcing and investment
- Provide oversight of the company’s Responsible Sourcing program and monitor progress
Qualifications
- 12+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial roles
- 5+ years of experience leading global teams
- Expertise in managing complex services categories at enterprise level
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with negotiation experience
- Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders
- Experience in transformational environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
