This role offers full cost P&L exposure, from headcount planning to non-people cost forecasting, providing complete visibility into how financial decisions support the organization's top-line growth objectives. You will work closely with Customer Success leads and functional managers to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while building the analytical foundation that drives sound business decisions. ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted finance business partner to the Customer Success organizationSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting across full operating expenses, including headcount (S&B) and non-people costs (Non-S&B)Perform variance analysis including actuals vs. forecast, actuals vs. budget, and year-over-year comparisonsAnalyze financial results, identify key trends and drivers, and prepare reporting materials for managementPartner with HR to maintain accurate headcount forecasts and support headcount reconciliationComplete purchase order approvals and partner with Accounting to ensure financial reports accurately reflect monthly expensesEnsure SOX compliance by reviewing completeness and accuracy of financial data within pre-determined controlsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reporting qualityPerform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in finance or accounting preferredBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plusAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Experience with Hyperion preferredStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience in budgeting and forecasting requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCurious, driven, and eager to learn with a solutions-oriented mindsetThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / AnnualCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
