About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will evaluate financial data, develop forecasts, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support variance analysis and identify key business drivers
- Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning
- Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience in corporate finance, investment, or consulting environments
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus
