Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Internship / Operator Fellowship (AI-Supported Program) Remote | Blackmore Partners Blackmore Partners operates a private equity conference ecosystem supported by AI-driven workflows across recruiting, marketing, and operations. We are seeking individuals interested in HR, recruiting, and organizational operations to help support our hiring systems and internal coordination processes. Participants gain exposure to how recruiting and HR workflows operate inside an AI-assisted business environment . Program Tracks Track A — Student Internship
- 20–40 hrs/week
- 4–6 month commitment
- Designed for students gaining HR and recruiting experience
Track B — Operator Fellowship
- 40 hrs/week
- 4–6 month commitment
- Designed for graduates seeking operational HR experience
What You’ll Do
- Review candidate applications and resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Maintain CRM and recruiting databases
- Support onboarding documentation and internal organization
- Assist with conference participation tracking and operations
How AI Is Used Participants use SignalMate AI to:
- summarize interviews and meetings
- organize recruiting notes and insights
- analyze communication tone and engagement
- document hiring workflows
