Film & TV Distribution Sales Representative
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Film & TV Distribution Sales Representative to actively secure distribution, sales representation, or production partnerships for our docuseries, Heal avec Delphine. We are not looking for a consultant, advisor, or general support. We need an industry expert with established knowledge of film/TV sales, production companies, and distribution channels who can do the outreach, open doors, and push conversations toward real deals. This is a hands-on execution role to actively pursue opportunities. This role requires direct experience in the film and television industry, specifically in securing distribution deals, attaching sales agents, or connecting projects with production companies, streamers, or networks. Role
- Identify and contact relevant production companies, sales agents, distributors, and platforms
- Conduct direct outreach via email, calls, and industry connections
- Recommend appropriate distribution pathways (streamers, networks, independent distributors, sales agents)
- Present and pitch Heal Avec Delphine clearly and professionally to industry contacts
- Communicate the project’s value, audience, and positioning
- Tailor outreach messaging depending on the target company or platform
- Secure meetings, pitch opportunities, and introductions
- Actively work toward securing representation, distribution, or partnership deals
- Help navigate conversations with interested parties
- Provide input on offers, deal structures, and next steps
Experience
- Direct experience in film/TV distribution, sales, or production partnerships
- Proven track record of securing deals, representation, or placements
- Existing network of industry contacts (sales agents, distributors, producers, etc.)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building
- Strong communication and pitching skills
