Field Marketing Representative - Healthcare

The Field Marketing Representative plays a key role in driving engagement, brand awareness, and digital growth for 5.11's Healthcare division. This role is responsible for building authentic connections with hospitals, EMT/EMS teams, healthcare centers, influencers, and local communities to support sell-through and long-term brand affinity. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the Field Marketing Representative leads localized marketing initiatives across events, account activations, influencer partnerships, and content creation, bringing 5.11’s products to life within the healthcare community. What You'll Do: Sales & Revenue Responsibility

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales and revenue goals within territory
  • Drive new account acquisition and growth of existing accounts
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM accuracy

Event & Community Marketing

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-store, on-premise, and community events that engage healthcare professionals and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and account growth.
  • Create compelling marketing assets including case studies, product presentations, newsletters, social content, and sales collateral.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize tactics using data-driven insights.
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales teams to identify trends, surface new account opportunities, and improve sell-through.
  • Ensure thorough communication, documentation, and reporting within CRM systems.

Content Development & Social Media:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to identify, manage, and grow partnerships with healthcare influencers, groups, and key personalities.
  • Align content development with seasonal marketing plans and brand guidelines.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives across email, social, and digital channels as needed.
  • Leverage analytics and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness and generate qualified leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment with KPIs, budgets, and revenue goals.
  • Continuously test and refine field marketing strategies to improve account performance and sell-through.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of 5.11 products as well as competitive offerings.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with strong competency using marketing, sales, and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage high-volume accounts with a high-touch customer service approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (Power BI experience a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong networking skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% for regional and national opportunities.

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus based on experience 5.11 offers a best-in-class benefits program including: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) program with employer match; employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
