ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER — LUXURY JEWELRY BOOTH, JCK LAS VEGAS 2026 Sparkling Jewelry — LA-based wholesale lab-grown diamond jewelry company — is exhibiting at JCK Las Vegas 2026 (Booth 4113, The Venetian Expo, late May/early June). Our 30ft x 22ft booth needs every visible surface designed as one continuous luxury environment. Recurring opportunity across 5+ trade shows a year if your work clicks. Every design decision must reinforce one or both. WHAT WENT WRONG LAST YEAR The design SYSTEM worked — but the COLOR CHOICE failed. Dark purple/dark green disappeared into the dark show floor. This year: brighter, more white, more glow, applied to the same continuity-first design system. Reference: Tiffany & Co. holiday windows, Cartier boutique signage, Bvlgari trade show booths. THE CONTINUITY TEST "Every single piece engraves into the next. Every gradient meets its neighbor. Every star hits where it should." If you hand back 60 individually-good panels that don't engrave into each other, you failed. WHAT IS ALREADY LOCKED - Booth structure fully built and dimensioned (5 PDFs in Drive) - Materials: vinyl print on most surfaces (1.15mm), fabric on back walls and perimeter - 3 backlit + frontlit Sparkling logo cubes on hanging fascia - 90 wireless flashing perimeter stars (20 at 3-inch, 30 at 5-inch, 40 at 8-inch) - 5ft x 5ft x 4ft fabric-printed rotating backlit cube - 75" front TV, 2x 2000x1000mm LED panels in L-shape column wraps, side TVs, counters - Motion videos handled by separate teams DELIVERABLES (PHASED) Phase 1 — Concept (3-5 days): 2 distinct directions on full booth render. We approve direction before moving forward. Phase 2 — Design system (5-7 days): Master design language locked. Phase 3 — Full surface designs (10-14 days): Every visible surface designed and named to match production panel call-outs. Phase 4 — Print-ready handoff (3-5 days): All files exported to production specs.
