UI/UX Designer (Mobile App) – Must Understand Modern AI Design Tools + Product Thinking
We’re building a fast-growing mobile app in the health/fitness space and are looking for a UI/UX designer who goes beyond just “making screens look nice.” This role is for someone who understands: User behavior Engagement loops Clean, modern mobile UI And how to move FAST using today’s best tools Important: If your workflow is mostly Canva or basic Adobe tools, this is NOT the right fit. What we need: Design clean, modern mobile app screens (iOS/Android) Improve onboarding, engagement, and retention flows Think in systems—not just individual screens Iterate quickly using modern tools Tools / Skills (must have experience with several): Figma (required) Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Uizard, Framer, Midjourney, etc.) Experience designing mobile apps (not just websites) Nice to have (big plus): Experience with social, community, or fitness apps Understanding of behavioral design / habit formation Ability to suggest improvements—not just execute How we work: Start with a small paid test (1–2 screens) If it’s a fit, this becomes ongoing work To apply, include: 2–3 mobile app designs you’ve done (not websites) Tools you currently use (be specific) A quick note: “How would you improve onboarding for a social fitness app?” We are looking for someone sharp, fast, and thoughtful—not just a button designer.
