The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Agile program management , stakeholder collaboration, and delivering complex technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage
end-to-end program delivery for AI and technology initiatives
- Facilitate
Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support multiple teams in an Agile environment
- Coordinate with
engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Track
program progress, risks, and dependencies across projects
- Strong focus on business outcome. Customer centric midset.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a
Program Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities
- Experience managing
AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
- Strong knowledge of
Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent
