Role- Scrum Master/Agile BA/Coach with healthcare Experience (739862) Location: Richmond, VA Interview Type: Web Cam Interview Only Work Arrangement: Remote Complete Description: Scrum Master/Business Analyst ON SITE REQUIRED: Majority of role is remote but must be avail for onsite meetings (when requested) and to pick up equipment (in person) if selected. ABOUT THE ROLE Scrum Master/Business Analyst required with technical background to support software development of for Discharge Assistance Planning software. This individual is required to play a dual role, primarily grooming backlog, story writing and help PM & development team with Scrum ceremonies. 2. As an Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA) who understands and experienced with the Agile methodology to help using business Agile principles, work with stakeholders to help them understand the benefits of Agile and how it can help their business. They also help the development team understand the business requirements and how they can be met using Agile methods. a. Analyze the Business Domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements. b. Help Product Owner develop and manage Product strategy. c. Stock and Groom the Product Catalog d. Help break user stories into Minimum Viable Product(MVP) e. Help development team understand bigger picture. f. Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements. g. Serve as Proxy Product Owner as needed. Skills

• Strong Communication Skills: An Agile BA needs to communicate with nearly everyone and consider everybody's needs and concerns. At the same time, they should ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and requirements.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: As Agile teams are cross-functional and self-organizing; an Agile BA must learn to continuously self-reflect and think how best they can contribute to the team. They should be able to easily adapt to new and changing requirements by doing detailed analysis beforehand.
• Knowledge of Different Tools and Techniques: Agile tools and techniques make the team more effective. They help to ease backlog management, provide-time collaboration, make estimates and reports for sprints and releases. A good grasp of the different tools and techniques available for Agile is a crucial skill in order to become an Agile BA.
• Facilitation skills: The ability to effectively facilitate meetings and scrum ceremonies is vital. Scrum masters ensure these events run smoothly and focus on the intended outcomes.
• Technical knowledge: While not mandatory, having a technical background can be beneficial, especially when working with development teams. It allows scrum masters to better understand the technical challenges faced by the team
• Scrum framework : SME in agile/ scrum frameworks and tools.

Certifications Required: CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Desired: Product Owner Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Strong Communication Skills: An Agile BA needs to communicate with nearly everyone and consider everybody's needs and concerns.
