Role Overview Junior Product Manager Job Description A Junior Product Manager supports the product team in planning, building, and improving products. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions while learning core product management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback
- Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams
- Support feature prioritization and backlog management
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Track product performance using data and analytics
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help in product launches and go-to-market activities
- Ensure features meet quality and user expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 02 years of experience (freshers with internships/projects can apply)
- Basic understanding of product management concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like **Jira, Confluence, or Notion
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
