QA Analyst
Job Title: QA Analyst (Playwright Java) Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Start Date: ASAP (Target: April 1) Duration: 12 month contract Compensation: $60–65/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Not eligible for visa sponsorshipOverview We are looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer to support testing across enterprise SAP cloud products, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and HANA Cloud. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building and scaling automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java within a fast-paced, CI/CD-driven environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java
- Develop end-to-end (E2E), API, and integration test suites
- Support continuous product releases across SAP platforms (SAC, HANA Cloud)
- Execute a mix of automated and manual testing, with a focus on automating manual processes
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and production issues
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve quality and release reliability
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java
- Must have direct, hands on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP HANA
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing (REST APIs)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), HANA Cloud, or similar SAP products
- Experience with JavaScript or Node.js
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments
- Experience testing microservices architectures
- Exposure to security testing practices
