Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure IoT) - (B2B Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work with our engineering teams and help us shape the future of connected technology. Compensation and Contract Model
- Model: B2B Contract (100% Remote)
- Availability: Collaboration within the Central European Timezone (CET)
- Hourly Rate (USD): $40 - $50 USD / hour
- Support: We provide support with formalities for Polish contractors working with a U.S. company
What You Will Do
- Design & Architect: Design, create, and maintain scalable, distributed back‑end systems for high‑volume data processing
- Implement Solutions: Write high‑quality C#/.NET code for services running on Microsoft Azure
- Integrate Systems: Connect cloud solutions with IoT devices and customer systems
- Collaborate & Influence: Work in a small, autonomous engineering team, directly influencing the technical direction of our solutions
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in C#/.NET: Deep knowledge of the language, framework, optimization, and modern design patterns
- Azure Expertise: Practical experience with key services, including:
- Azure Container Apps (or similar container tech)
- IoT Hub & Event Hub
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure SQL & CosmosDb
- Key Vault
- Architecture: Proven experience building performant APIs and distributed, high‑throughput systems
- Data Flow: Ability to design robust workflows for IoT data ingestion and device messaging at scale
- English Proficiency: Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with U.S. partners and clients
Bonus Points
- Experience with Azure Data Explorer or other NoSQL/Data Analytics solutions
- Familiarity with IaC (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure Pipelines/GitHub Actions)
- Experience with other major cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
