Job Overview We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining Salesforce applications, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations with third-party APIs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will help enhance the user experience and ensure seamless performance of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- LWC Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Lightning Web Components to improve the user experience within Salesforce.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize LWC performance for responsive interfaces and smooth user interactions.
- Apex Development: Implement high-quality Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to ensure robust business logic.
- Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with external APIs and third-party applications using Salesforces API and integration patterns.
- Security Compliance: Ensure the Salesforce environment complies with security best practices and data integrity requirements.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
- Documentation: Write clear and well-documented technical documentation and organized code.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SoQL.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in LWC lifecycle methods, data binding, and responsive UI design.
- Strong in Apex (writing unit tests, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes).
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Security: Familiar with Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
- Experience with Aura components and Visualforce (VF) page.
