Required Skills & Experience Strong native mobile development experience on BOTH platforms iOS: Swift Android: Kotlin and/or Java Proven experience working as a hands-on technical lead Ability to serve as the primary technical driver for the mobile team Comfortable leading a small team (currently 2 engineers) Experience maintaining and enhancing an existing native codebase Willingness to work US Eastern Time zone hours Open to nearshore or offshore engagement models Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
