Founding Frontend Engineer - Dragonfly Portfolio
Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies (see list). Our Talent team works to support the recruiting efforts of the companies within our portfolio by connecting them with talented potential candidates. This posting is for us to connect you directly with one or more of the companies in our portfolio that are actively hiring full-stack engineers. What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager
- Experience building products at scale (1M+ users)
- Comfort working across the stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, APIs, infra)
- Strong product instincts and user empathy
- Experience in early-stage environments
- Bonus: Background in consumer crypto, gaming, or embedded SDKs
About The Role(s) Depending on the team, you could be:
- Leading development of core user-facing apps and frontend architecture
- Building SDKs and APIs for external developers and platforms
- Scaling products across multiple chains, wallets, and user types
- Owning backend systems like payments, points, or wallet abstraction
- Collaborating directly with founders on product and company-building
