Manager, Software Engineer
Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team through the successful delivery of valuable customer software
- Drive collaboration across technology teams to foster innovation
- Strengthen and drive engineering processes using TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures
- Partner closely with Product Management to provide technical guidance on software design
- Support live applications by promoting proactive monitoring and rapid incident response
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience leading engineering teams
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
- Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
- Strong proficiency in modern Web UI frameworks such as React
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Mastery of event-driven design using Kafka
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
