Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator (Cloud Administrator)
Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator (Cloud Administrator) Duration: 6 Months (with the possibility of extension) Work Arrangement: Onsite - Detroit, MI 48242 Description Seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion Administrator to serve in an on-site role responsible for the administration, security, integration, reporting, and workflow configuration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the security, availability, performance, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion applications supporting core business functions across the Airport Authority. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including security configuration, system integrations, custom reporting, and workflow management. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and Oracle support, and will work onsite Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- dminister Oracle Fusion security, including user roles, data access controls, and security policies.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data models and reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Communicate system maintenance schedules, environment refreshes, and planned outages.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support IT change management processes and follow established SDLC methodologies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of overall ERP administration experience.
- Three (3) years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Experience supporting at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
- Strong functional working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Functional working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or EPM modules.
- Experience designing and supporting business process workflows.
- Experience with functional and technical design documentation.
- Experience with data conversions, data governance, and overall data management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to train and mentor internal staff.
- Familiarity with SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms including ServiceNow and Office 365.
- Experience working in a public sector or government environment.
