We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Opeeka, Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of scalable applications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet client needs and industry standards.
- *Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- *Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new software features and enhancements in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Document technical specifications, code, and system configurations for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Support deployment and integration efforts, providing technical assistance as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
