Dispatcher/Manager
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Manager to oversee non emergency medical transportation operations, coordinate passenger trips, and manage vehicle fleet. In this role, you will ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles while maintaining excellent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. Your expertise in transportation management systems and analysis skills will drive operational excellence. - Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles using transportation management systems such as Mediroutes
- Monitor GPS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve transportation efficiency.
- Supervise fleet management activities, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams through multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
