Job Overview The Jewish Community of Maui is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting community operations and contributing to meaningful work.

Responsibilities

Position Details:

  • Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week to start
  • Opportunity for increased responsibilities and hours for the right candidate
  • Flexible schedule with the option for remote work, along with occasional on-site presence
  • Wage starting at $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and general communications
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with email platforms, website updates, and bookkeeping
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliability and attention to detail
