Part-Time Outbound Sales Engine Builder (SDR + Systems)

EMC Financial provides fast, flexible capital to mid-market businesses that need funding without giving up equity or waiting on banks. We work closely with companies and referral partners to structure deals and move quickly on opportunities. High Level We are looking for someone who can build a working outbound sales engine from scratch and get it producing quickly. This is not a traditional RevOps role. This isn't a fit for someone focused on dashboards, reporting, or long planning cycles. We are specifically looking for someone who has personally built outbound SDR systems that generated real activity and meetings. We need to build a structured outbound system that consistently generates qualified opportunities. What You Will Own
- Select and implement the outbound tech stack (dialer, email, CRM integration)
- Build a working cold calling and outreach system from scratch
- Design SDR workflows including daily activity, follow-ups, and tracking
- Create a simple, repeatable outbound playbook
- Define KPIs (calls, conversations, meetings) and enforce accountability
- Set up pipeline tracking and visibility into performance
- Prepare the system so SDRs can plug in and start producing immediately
Immediate Objective (First 30 Days)
- Stand up a working outbound system from zero
- Launch calling and email outreach within 7–10 days
- Get SDRs actively dialing and engaging prospects
- Generate initial qualified meetings within 14 days
This is a fast-moving, execution-heavy role. We are not looking for long strategy cycles. What We Are Looking For
- You have built outbound calling systems (dialers, SDR workflows, sequences)
- You know how to get reps live and producing quickly
- You think in activity and output: calls, conversations, meetings
- You can clearly explain what you built and the results it produced
- You are hands-on and execution-focused, not just strategic
- You are comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-paced environment
