Buscamos un especialista en integración de telecomunicaciones con experiencia en arquitecturas IMS y servicios de integración NBI (Northbound Interfaces), que participe en actividades de preventa y diseño de soluciones para clientes del sector. Serás responsable de diseñar soluciones de monitoreo (Fault & Performance Management), colaborar con equipos técnicos y clientes, y asegurar la correcta integración de interfaces en ambientes complejos. Responsabilidades Soporte Pre-Sales como SME en servicios de integración NBI Diseño de alto nivel (High Level Design) para arquitecturas FM/PM NBI Desarrollo de diccionarios personalizados de: Fault Management (FM) → filtrado de alarmas Performance Management (PM) → KPIs y métricas de capacidad Validación de soluciones end-to-end en laboratorio del cliente Seguimiento de procesos, control de cambios y documentación técnica Interacción continua con cliente (reuniones semanales) Coordinación con equipos internos y terceros para resolución de incidencias Requisitos Experiencia en telecomunicaciones / integración de sistemas Conocimiento en: IMS Architecture y call flows básicos Interfaces NBI (Northbound Interfaces) Fault Management y Performance Management Experiencia en entornos de cliente (alta presión / múltiples stakeholders) Conocimiento en cloud computing Deseable experiencia en: Nokia CloudBand Nokia Cloud Platform Red Hat Inglés avanzado (comunicación con cliente) Alta capacidad de documentación y seguimiento Soft skills clave Proactividad y ownership Adaptabilidad al cambio Comunicación efectiva con cliente Resolución de problemas Orion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
