We are currently searching for a Project Manager Junior: Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycles, overseeing complex deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams. Lead and motivate diverse teams, providing clear guidance to ensure project success. Engage with stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication to maintain alignment. Align program activities with the overall organizational strategies and long-term goals. Identify complex problems and resolve conflicts using data-driven decision-making. Handle multiple projects simultaneously by applying strong time management and organizational techniques. Requirements: 3-4 years of proven experience in Project Management, specifically with complex projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams. Strategic thinking aptitude to bridge operational tasks with business goals. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks effectively. Expertise in organizational tools and time management methodologies. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
