Remote Senior Social Worker - Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Social Worker to take on a Program Manager role within their fully remote community support division. This position is vital for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of essential social services to clients, ensuring effective program implementation and positive client outcomes. As a remote role, you will utilize advanced telehealth and communication technologies to manage caseloads, provide direct client support, and supervise a team of social work professionals. Responsibilities include developing program strategies, establishing service delivery protocols, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct client assessments, develop individualized service plans, and facilitate access to community resources. The Senior Social Worker - Program Manager will also be responsible for program evaluation, data collection, and reporting to stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for guiding and motivating the remote support team. This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills, tailored for effective remote engagement. A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW or equivalent licensure are required. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in social work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or program management capacity, is essential. Experience with case management software and virtual client engagement platforms is highly desirable.
