Position Summary Position Title: Finance Intern (Summer 2026)Reports to: Manager, Accounting Location: Remote (Ontario, Canada) This is a full-time (40 hour per week) internship for a duration of 12 weeks. (May to August 2026) The Finance Intern will support day-to-day AP and AR activities while gaining hands-on experience with financial systems and processes. This role includes process documentation, vendor management support, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams. Essential Responsibilities Shadow Accounts Payable to learn core AP processes and responsibilities Assist with documenting existing AP workflows and identifying process improvements Support vendor management activities, including: Assisting with the transition of vendors Collaborating with Purchasing and Operations teams to support vendor setup Assist with vendor setup and processing in QuickBooks Enter invoices into financial systems, including Serrala and QuickBooks Develop and maintain a centralized list of key contacts Assist with the distribution of AR invoices to customers Provide support on ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed Position Requirements Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems Apply To This Job
